1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging the services of Wace Advisory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Wace Advisory provides professional financial and tax advisory services including, but not limited to:

  • Outsourced Finance Manager (OFM) services
  • Taxation services for individuals and businesses
  • Audit and assurance services

All services are subject to a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed between Wace Advisory and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services
  • Reviewing all documents and reports prepared by Wace Advisory before submission to any authority
  • Ensuring all financial records provided are truthful and lawful

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to engagement and outlined in the service agreement. Wace Advisory reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. All fees are subject to applicable taxes as required by Malaysian law.

5. Confidentiality

Wace Advisory treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wace Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports prepared by Wace Advisory, is the intellectual property of Wace Advisory and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable and all client documents will be returned.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
